Halloween Hoedown!

We went to the Halloween Hoedown festival at World Outreach Church today. They put on a huge event with tons of inflatables, carnival type games, candy, music, and more! Brady had a blast. He impressed us climbing on the inflatables- that boy is not scared of anything! He was hanging right in there with the big kids. Brady also really liked the putt-putt (he made it on the first try!), the soccer game, and the basketball.

Pumpkin Patch Trip

We took Brady to the pumpkin patch at Walden Farm on Sunday. He loved the kiddie hay bale maze and seeing all the animals. He also got to go on a hayride, run through a corn maze, and pick out his pumpkins.

It's a BOY!

We found out yesterday that Brady is going to have a new little BROTHER! That brings the boy:girl ratio at my house to 3:1!

Even though we were hoping for a girl, we are excited to be given a healthy baby boy. And Brady will have tons of fun playing ball with his brother.

Here are some of the names we are thinking about:

Ronnie's Favorites:
Knox
Neyland
Braxton
Austin
Cooper

Jessica's Favorites:
Braxton
Breccan
Carter

So far, we have agreed on Braxton!! We'll see what we end up with. But Brady and Braxton sounds cute together, doesn't it? The tentative middle name is Zachary, same as Ronnie's middle name.

Why Not?

Everyone else is blogging, so I figure I will jump on the bandwagon. I hope to use this blog to record the special things in our lives that I would like to remember in 20 years and to share with our family and friends what the kids (right now just Brady) are up to lately. We will see how long I can keep this up!

Brady is a complete mess! He is a clown, a teddy bear, and a firecracker all in one package. We are so blessed to be his parents. Here are some pictures from his visit to the Lewisburg Fire Station last week. He LOVES to pretend he is a fireman. He goes around the house in his makeshift fireman's coat (rainjacket), helmet (ballcap), and boots (rainboots) putting out pretend fires. He always makes sure to ask "Is everybody okay in there? Anybody hurt?" He has a vivid imagination! So, he was beyond happy when he got to see the real fire trucks up close. Of course he is going to dress up as a fireman for Halloween. Thanks to Big Daddy & Nana for organizing the fire station trip!
